Florida Drug Screening (FDS) has been in operation since 1993. We offer nationwide services including corporate drug test management, MRO services, and individual drug testing.

In 1997, Florida Drug Screening was one of the first drug testing companies in the nation to become accredited by DATIA as an Accredited Collection Site. To obtain accredited status, facilities are required to adhere to strict standards in areas such as regulatory compliance, company services standards, specimen handling, operational practices, business ethics, and facility equipment.

In 2001, Florida Drug Screening received National Accreditation for Administration of Drug and Alcohol Testing Programs (NAADATP). The firm is one of 65 in the nation to receive this national recognition from the Drug & Alcohol Testing Industry Association (DATIA). Nationally Accredited for Administration of Drug and Alcohol Testing Programs providers adhere to strict industry established standards for operation of their business. Adherence to these standards will ensure the company and their program participants that they are performing their services within the federal regulations and guidelines for workplace drug testing, and in such a way that will provide exceptional customer service and loyalty.

MRO Services:
Dr. Charles Moorefield serves as Chief Medical Review Officer (MRO) for testing administered by Florida Drug Screening. Dr. Moorefield is a licensed medical physician in Florida and meets all qualifications for Medical Review Officers established in Rule 59A-24.008, F.A.C. and DOT 49 CFR Part 40. Dr Moorefield and all MRO’s under his direction have met the American Association of Medical Review Officers (AAMRO) requirements for MRO certification and are designated as “In Good Standing” having either been certified or recertified within the last five years. Moorefield was originally certified as an MRO in 1993 and has been our MRO for Florida Drug Screening since 2001.

Providing flexible and customized programs to many businesses throughout the United States, FDS maintains relationships with several Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) certified laboratories, e-screen (a national TPA) and over 10,000 collection facilities. Our technical partners include FRS software, Accio Data, TazWorks, Clearstar, and FormFox.
